The 1996 TV Movie apparently aired on Romanian TV on 25 December 1996, and again on 31 March 2001. The TV channels for these broadcasts haven't been identified, so it's possible it's a satellite or cable channel from another European country.

TV listings provide different titles - one says it is "A­nul Diav­o­lu­lu­i" ("Year of the Devil"), while another has it simply as "Doktor Who".
