Ascension Island is not recorded in any official BBC records. The only known 'evidence' that the series was seen there comes from the report in the March 1985 issue of Celestial Toyroom, which states: ""QUOTE". In the June 1985 issue, the following update is given: "XXXXXXXXX".
Ascension Island is a UK territory, so probably doesn't need to be listed in any sales documentation; the story (and any others?) may have been screened at a military base rather than as a TV broadcast, because by 1984, the island didn't have a TV service.
