DOCTOR WHO (EL DOCTOR MISTERIO) IN HONDURAS
In Spanish-language countries, the series was known as Doctor Misterio.
BBC Records
The Eighties - THE LOST CHAPTERS records a sale of "(24)" stories (by 10 February 1987).
This may be an error, as only 23 Tom Baker stories are thought to have aired in Central American countries. If there indeed were 24, it is not known what the other story was. (See also Guatemala and Nicaragua, which also have a sale of 24 stories recorded).
The fact that English is also a recognised language might indicate that 24 records a different package of episodes that were in circulation around Latin American countries around this time.
Honduras is not named in any of the DWM story Archives.
