Doctor Who aired in these cities, on these channels:
Minneapolis / St. Paul
KSTP
Channel 5 (ABC)
- In the 16 August 1978 issue of Variety magazine (see United States--1978), "MINNEAPOLIS/ST PAUL" is named as one of 17 cities to have bought the series. KSTP is therefore one of the very first US stations to screen the Tom Baker stories.
- The series first aired in an afternoon timeslot, then shifted to 1.30am after poor ratings.
- 1979-1981: Channel 5 screened Tom Baker stories on weekday afternoons until at least 1981.
