WXEL channel 42 produced this special to celebrate Doctor Who's 31st anniversary. It was hosted by fan Charles Martin and featured John Levene (Sgt Benton), who was living in the area at that time.
It aired (for the first time?) on Saturday, 18 March 1995 at 9.15pm (preceded by 30 Years in the TARDIS, and followed by parts 1 and 2 of Robot at 10pm). It was repeated on Friday, 16 June 1995 at 5pm, Saturday, 29 June 1996 (11.15pm, after Inferno part 7), and Sunday, 14 July 1996 (12.15am, after The Mind of Evil part 3).
